Test2-Harness-Renderer-JUnit

Don't fail the whole run when you see a duplicate test. Just ammend the failure message.
Update CI test suite.

Captures Test2::Harness results and emits a junit xml file.

To install Test2::Harness::Renderer::JUnit, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test2::Harness::Renderer::JUnit

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test2::Harness::Renderer::JUnit
