Changes for version 1.000001 - 2020-02-28

Fix JUnit bug where the test exits non-zero but all tests pass. We weren't generating a error in the XML when that happened.

Captures Test2::Harness results and emits a junit xml file.

To install Test2::Harness::Renderer::JUnit, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test2::Harness::Renderer::JUnit

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test2::Harness::Renderer::JUnit
