Installation Instructions.

I haven't automated any of this: this is in proof of concept stage.

1. Obtain, configure, and make eesh.  This typically means getting 
an Enlightenment package and configuring it, then CDing in to
the 'eesh' directory and running 'make'.

2. Copy all of the .o and .h files out of eesh/ and the econfig.h
out of the enlightenment source root in to the same directory
as (Eesh-0.1/ as of this writing).

3. Do the standard Perl module thing:

perl Makefile.PL
make test
make install

See below for a typical process, once eesh has been made.
