Fixed timezone when converting to ICal
Need minimum prerequisite of v0.10 for Net::CalDAVTalk (MANWAR)
Explicitly list JSON::PP and JSON::XS as prerequisites (even if they are lazily loaded)
Net::CardDAVTalk messes up the encoding of UTF-8 values :(
